What is the cost of delivery?

The delivery cost for each gift is £5 excluding VAT to a single address. If you're ordering multiple gifts to the same address, we offer discounts - drop us an email or 'request a quote'

If your order includes more than 25 gifts for delivery to the same address, the delivery is free. If you have any uncertainties, feel free to drop us an email or 'request a quote.'

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, you can order online for any week-ending date in advance (Sept - Dec). Use the drop-down function when checking out. Delivery on a specific day is possible but you will need to confirm this with one of the customer services team. A surcharge might be incurred.

Do you cater for Dietary Hamper requirements?

Has my order gone through?

If your order is successful you will receive an automated email (Please check you have typed your email address incorrectly) from the website including your order confirmation. If not get in touch with us.

Where can you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We can deliver to any address on the UK Mainland at the prices quoted next to each gift.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses.

Can I send hampers outside of the UK?

Accepted Answer

The goalposts have changed somewhat in recent years, so it's not a simple Yes. However, just get in touch with us and we'll provide you with a quote depending on your delivery location.

What if the recipient is out at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery then a card will be left with details of how the item can be collected or re-delivered. The gift may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed.

How can I track the delivery status of my gifts?

If you haven't received the expected tracking text or email, feel free to reach out to us. We can assist in tracking your delivery items and provide you with the necessary information.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

To make changes or cancel your order, please get in touch with us promptly by calling +44 (0)1384 445844 or sending us an email. Unfortunately, this cannot be done through online channels.

The message will be printed on a gift compliment slip inside the "Documents Enclosed" wallet on the outside of the gift.

If you prefer not to use Paypal, you have alternative options. Simply select the 'manual payment' alternative, and we'll get in touch. You'll then receive a Proforma invoice with BACS details or a secure card payment link. After completing the payment, we can issue a VAT invoice.

If you prefer the convenience of instant payment with a credit or debit card, you can still choose the 'Paypal checkout' option during checkout and proceed as a guest—no account required.
