  • What is the cost of delivery?
    The delivery cost for each gift is £5.99 excluding VAT to a single address. If you're ordering multiple gifts to the same address, we offer discounts. If your order includes more than 25 gifts for delivery to the same address, the delivery is free. If you have any uncertainties, feel free to drop us an email or 'request a quote.'
  • Can I choose a delivery date?
    Yes, you can order online for any week-ending date in advance (Sept - Dec). Use the drop-down function when checking out. Delivery on a specific day is possible but you will need to confirm this with one of the customer services team. A surcharge might be incurred.
  • Do you cater for Dietary Hamper requirements?
    Yes, as the years go by we offer more dietary alternatives to our 'normal' range. It's an area we see growing too - Our range can be found here -
  • Can I add my company logo and branding to the gifts?
    Yes, this is what we do best and we do it for FREE if you order over 50 gifts or hampers. For more information see our Corporate Branding page -
  • Can I speak with a real person?
    Absolutely! If you'd like to get in touch with us, please feel free to give us a call at 01384 445 844. We're here to assist you.
  • Has my order gone through?
    If your order is successful you will receive an automated email (Please check you have typed your email address incorrectly) from the website including your order confirmation. If not get in touch with us.
  • Where can you deliver to?
    We can deliver to any address on the UK Mainland at the prices quoted next to each gift. We cannot deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses.
  • Can I send hampers outside of the UK?
    The goalposts have changed somewhat in recent years, so it's not a simple Yes. However, just get in touch with us and we'll provide you with a quote depending on your delivery location.
  • What if the recipient is out at the time of delivery?
    If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery then a card will be left with details of how the item can be collected or re-delivered. The gift may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed.
  • How can I track the delivery status of my gifts?
    If you haven't received the expected tracking text or email, feel free to reach out to us. We can assist in tracking your delivery items and provide you with the necessary information.
  • How can I modify or cancel my order?
    To make changes or cancel your order, please get in touch with us promptly by calling +44 (0)1384 445844 or sending us an email. Unfortunately, this cannot be done through online channels.
  • Where will the message be located?
    The message will be printed on a gift compliment slip inside the "Documents Enclosed" wallet on the outside of the gift.
  • Can I be removed from your mailing list?
    If you'd like to be excluded from our postal mailing list, please reach out to us via email at or give us a call at +44 (0)1384 445844. For removal from our electronic mailing list, you can manage your preferences by accessing the "Your Details" area in your account admin. Alternatively, a quick reply with 'Remove' will also do the trick.

  • What payment options are available for purchasing hampers if I don't want to use Paypal?
    If you prefer not to use Paypal, you have alternative options. Simply select the 'manual payment' alternative, and we'll get in touch. You'll then receive a Proforma invoice with BACS details or a secure card payment link. After completing the payment, we can issue a VAT invoice. If you prefer the convenience of instant payment with a credit or debit card, you can still choose the 'Paypal checkout' option during checkout and proceed as a guest—no account required.
